Getting started with DoLand Pro

Below we’ll guide you through the onboarding step by step. If you need us to visualise the onboarding, you can jump directly to our YouTube Channel

  • Sign up for a DoLand Pro account.

  • Complete the onboarding workshop to tailor your experience.

  • Access introductory tutorials and training materials.

  • Connect your investment data sources
    (if applicable).

2: How to set up a report

  • Navigate to the Impact Reports section.

  • Select Create New Report and choose a report type.

  • Configure report parameters (e.g., investment portfolios).

  • Review preview and generate the final report.

  • Share the report with stakeholders as needed.

  • Go to Data Upload under Impact Report

  • Select Upload CSV and choose your file.

  • Map CSV columns to the appropriate data fields.

  • Validate the data and confirm upload.

  • View the uploaded data in the relevant dashboard.

3: How to upload a CSV

  • Navigate to User Management.

  • Click Add New User and enter their details.

  • Assign appropriate permissions and roles.

  • Send an invitation email for the user to activate their account.

  • Contact your administrator.

5: How to change products

  • Contact your administrator 

  • Access Customization Settings.

  • Modify colors, logos, and branding elements.

  • Adjust report templates to align with your organization’s design.

  • Save changes and preview updates.
